• Do not schedule injections, skin, or laser treatments 2-4 weeks before your appointment.
• Avoid tanning at least 2 weeks before your appointment.
• Discontinue anti-aging and anti-acne products (Alpha Hydroxy/AHA, Vitamin A, Fish Oil, Retinol, Tretinion) 2-4 weeks before your appointment.
• Limit caffeine and No alcohol 24 hours before your appointment and no caffeine the day of your appointment. Do not take any blood thinners (aspirin, ibuprofen) 24 hours before your appointment. Tylenol is fine.
• Refrain from waxing or plucking your brows 1 week prior to appointment.
• Please note that you will be more sensitive during your menstrual cycle.
• Lip blush: If you have ever gotten a cold sore you must take prescription strength antiviral meds 3 days before and 3 days after your appointment. Stay hydrated and drink plenty of water. Gently exfoliate and moisturize your lips 3-5 days prior to the procedure.
